Commmunity Food Pantry

TOMEC operates a community food pantry for all qualified individuals and families living in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Food distribution is the second Monday of each month from 8:30a to Noon and 1:00p to 2:00p, and by appointment later in the day. Distribution continues the Tuesday after that Monday. Distribution on Tuesday is from 8:30a to Noon. The distribution is held at Five Loaf House, 133 Firehouse Rd., Pocono Pines, PA 18350. Emergency Shelter

TOMEC will help find short term emergency shelter available for individuals and families going through a housing crisis. This is available to residents of Tobyhanna, Tunkhannock and part of Coolbaugh Townships. Watch this space for future developments.

Counseling

Our churches have pastors who are qualified in various areas of counseling. Allow us to help you find a pastor who can encourage you and help you with your life struggles. 

Meals on Wheels

Emergency Meals

Emergency Financial Assistance

Individuals or families struggling financially can receive a one time assistance payment once a year from TOMEC when funds are available and the need qualifies for our emergency assistance program. Use our Contact Page to connect with us.
